Sales experience was MUCH better than others we had in the past. There was no pressure to buy, only pleasant support from sales through answering questions and by locating a vehicle in the color and with the options we want. There also was not excessive price back and forth negotiation which I app...reciated. Show more

I was told it would be about an hr and if i had time they would wash car . I said yes . I was delighted that it only took about 45 minutes , that was nice ,usually they underestimate the time and people end up sitting even longer .I tend to be impatient so this was nice .

Took me in unannounced at last minute of open service time. Completed fix and I was on my way in under an hour. Price reasonable.

I pay for an oil change but get so much more. They check all my fluid levels, tire wear, rotate the tires, check the brakes and let me know how soon any issues will need attention. Always polite, efficient and affordable. And they always wash my car! Who could ask for more?

My salesperson was Bill Bradley. First off, he is the most friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. He listened to what I was looking for and did a wonderful job as I did a test drive of going over the features. Buying a car was such a big deal for me and nerve-racking but Bill Bra...dley made the process as smooth as possible. He is down to earth and low key, nothing like your typical salesman at all!! I would recommend Bill Bradley to anyone I know looking for a car. He is by far the best out there!! I interacted with Al Arcifa regarding the Honda Pilot I purchased and he made me feel very welcome to Honda Barn. Bob Hajjar was extremely helpful with my paperwork and is always so friendly when you walk in the door. Chris Clickner is always very professional. Routine service visit. Also added tire rotation and balance. Informed me that I needed an alignment - made an appt. for another day - I didn't have time that day. They did the service in time estimated. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating when I bring my cars in for service.

The staff in Service are always considerate of my time and concerns. They will take the time to review and explain whatever concerns/questions I have. Sales staff is the same way.

I went to Honda Barn to have my recalled air bags replaced. I had never been there before. The service was courteous and efficient. They even washed my car. I usually use a local mechanic to repair my car, but I will definitely go to Honda Barn to shop when I need a new car.

When I called to schedule an appointment to have my air bag replaced Ethel was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment time, the waiting room was already full, Mark assisted me he also was very courteous and professional.

I purchased my 2006 Honda Accord at Honda Barn and it has been serviced there since, except when we have been traveling. The car has 170k miles on it and it still drives like it's new. It's my 3rd Honda Accord and I will never buy anything else. Super service at the Honda Barn. I missed the fres...h fruit that was available in the waiting room in the past as I am an early morning customer. Please bring fresh fruit back. Thanks! Show more
