Took care of car needs though it took a little longer than expected. Previous Honda dealership always included car wash and vacuum, don't think Honda Barn did (does?) that. Could be a good customer service freebie.

The repair and maintenance staff were thorough, courteous and helpful. The costs of maintenance or replacement parts are expensive but they do a good job of making you feel you got your monies worth.. The maintenance waiting area and facilities are clean and comfortable.

Bill went out of his way to discover just what kind of vehicle I was looking for and gave me a number of options to choose from. I did not feel pressured and it was a pretty enjoyable experience to try out different vehicles and come up with one that I was comfortable driving off the lot

Very nice people to work with. Some car sales people can be pushy or make you feel uncomfortable, but Michael and Sheila were both great. Was happy to buy a car from them.

I had gone to other dealers and actually got a better deal else where but the salesman was so rude and Jay was really nice and even after I walked away he sent me a nice follow up email so I chose to go back to Honda Barn

I made an appointment and was seen very quickly (so important since the air conditioner wasn't working) very professional pleasant staff. Jeff called me before he did the work, and kept me informed. Honda as a company needs to do something about their air conditioning. $840.00 to fix it was to...o much for something that should not break. I have never had to repair a car's air conditioner. there is a lot of chatter on the internet about this problem. This is no way a reflection of the Honda Barn. Show more

Made an appointment on very short notice. Was able to wait for the work to be accomplished, about two hours. Service was adequately and politely explained and questions were answered professionally.

Service was quick and as far as I can tell, trustworthy,though they did make a few recommendations for future service to my car that turned out to be unnecessary.
