Everything about Honda Barn was great, besides the service department. It took over an hour to receive my new car once it was purchased, when I was told it would only take a few minutes.

The service department was nothing but wonderful for scheduling and rescheduling of this check. Loaner car I received was excellent and the service department worked with me to ensure that I had a loaner available to me when I needed it. Ethel was pleasant, professional, efficient and thorough! Lost all trans fluid and coolant sitting in parking lot (Thank God). Had it towed in the following day, they got me right in. While my truck was there , i had them do the timing belt and water pump, as i could save a little on labor. Ethel Brown was great to work with, she kept me informed on everyt...hing. This was my second time having work done at the Honda Barn, both times have been great. Will be back soon for my air-bag recall. Show more

I have never any problem with the service a Honda Barn. I have know Jeff in service for years. I prefer to have him when I go in. Not because others aren't good-----it's because I've known Him. What I find very annoying is these reviews . Not only do I get it on my iPad -- I get phone c...alls. Mentioning to me how many words. Really? I love my CRV and have dealt with Honda Barn for years. Jeffrey Arnault was very helpful and professional. The car was ready sooner than I had expected which was a nice surprise. Honda Barn should use a different rater - after rating and filling out form, the page returned to me saying I had to use at least 25 words. Customer rating is a courtesy exte...nded by the customer and there shouldn't be rules regarding how long a review should be. Well that covers my 25 word minimum. Show more

I have been able to get an appt within a day or two of calling. Had to wait for my car to be serviced and the waiting area is great esp since it has an enclosed kids area. Love that.

I came in for state inspection. The car needed brakes, which was not a surprise and some other issues. Honda Barn and Jeff were flexible with the schedule and able to get work done on the same day.

The service was good, they forgot to reset my oil change light. They got my car in right away and I was out in about an hour and a half.

They took my car in on time and completed work I asked. My Tire Pressure warning light had been on and I forgot to mention it to the service team. Unfortunately, no one in service noticed the warning light during the State Inspection so now I have to bring it back in!
