I would have given a five star rating if at least the inside front area was vacuum and the windshield washed, and if permitted to lock in on the "special of the day" pricing for wheel alignments. On the positive side, my car was serviced at the designated appointment time. Wait time was reasonable.... Show more

The front desk staff we're very informative and extremely helpful. I was in to have my brakes done and have my recall completed. They range from my rental car and drove me over to get it

A little lengthy but nice customer service nd the renovation are a nice change. Jeff was professional and not pushy. Will continue to service my vehicle at the Barn.

Our salesman was great to deal with. He was right on top of everything and nothing was left to do but fill out the paperwork . I would highly recommend going to the Honda Barn.

Like that a full point inspection is done. Of course this is to sell more but could help to find problems down the road. Left car for day so can't comment on how timely an appt can be.

Thanks to Tim and Bob, my experience turning in my lease and buying a Cretified pre owned CRV was a smooth one. Communication at first with customer service and another salesperson wasn't great, but Bob and Tim stepped up and worked hard to keep my business at Honda Barn. Thank you, gentlemen!

We ordered an Accord touring car model in the Basque Red color. At the time of purchase, we were then told that no such cars existed in the area. As to our second choice color, no cars existed there either. We were pretty disappointed. A day later, the salesman called to say that they had locate...d the car we wanted in the second-choice color. After a second look, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Overall, the experience was positive: we like the car, the salesman was full of apologies and of help, but we wished it could have gone as initially promised. Show more

There is still one item not working that I brought my Accord in for. The light on the shifter for the transmission is still not working so I still cannot see what gear I am in during the nighttime. I will contact your service dept. soon to have it fixed. The other problems were corrected; radio, po...wer outlets, C.D. and clock light. Show more
