They did a great job servicing my Honda odessey. Ethel was very kind and did not pressure me into fixing anything more than we asked. I appreciate that!

Good service. Jeffrey was great; kept me up to date on the progress of my car. However, the technicians checked off that my interior lights were in working condition and they were not. In addition, when I went out to my car the next day, the battery was dead because they had left the other interior... lights on and I did not notice. I would also like for them to not turn off my headlights...I have it set to automatic and didn't realize my lights weren't on while driving at night. I do love the free car wash/vacuum, but wish it took less time. Show more

I had a slow leak in a tire, it turned out tire pressure sensor. It was hard to find and an expense item to replace, but Federally mandated. I especially appreciate the multi point inspection checklist, a rare thing to be found today. The service staff was professional.

Salesperson was courteous and helpful in getting us all the information we needed, and patient in giving us time to decide on the details. Buying a new car can be stressful, but everything went smoothly. Appreciate getting set up on Bluetooth which was new to us.

I would give honda a 5 star if the prices for service were more reasonable. Ethel was very knowledgable and explained the issues with my car in a clear and understandable way. We arrived at 5pm to pick up my car and I wanted to take a look at new Pilot. When I was looking around Bill came over and ...told me how much he loved his new pilot. He showed us the new features and even said he wishes he had his Pilot with him so he could take us for a ride. He was very upbeat even at 5 o'clock. Show more

My 2007 Civic needed to have the wheel bearing replaced on the front right and was also displaying a code for an ABS issue. They were able to take care of both of these while I waited.

Very accommodating and friendly. Salesman easy to work with. This is my 5th Honda Civic purchased from Honda Barn. Finance people efficient and were ready to process paperwork with minimal waiting. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Honda.

Jeff Arnault the asst. Service Manager was very attentive to my situation which unfortunately left my car in service for three days. He supplied me with a customer service vehicle and kept me updated on the progress of the repair each day.
