On Monday, I stopped in to try to have a light fixed on my car. I came to the dealer for service because the problem was more than just a bulb change, as I had already had new bulbs tried at a different shop. The earliest appointment was Thursday at 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm and there was only one oth...er person waiting. My car was not brought into the garage until after 2 pm. Around 3 pm, I was told what the repair would be. I was also asked if I would like a car wash, which was probably because I had waited so long. I did not leave until 4 pm. The cost was what the estimate had been, so that was not an issue. I come to the dealer for experienced Honda repair people and Honda parts, but I do feel that the repair should have been faster when I had already waited for the appointment. Show more

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic LX on Saturday January 2...I based my decision to come back to Stratham because my last Civic proved to be a wise choice for me. I am hoping the one I made on Saturday will be as well.

When I made the appointment I asked about time .The schedulers told me a very unreasonable for the appointment. I also asked about fees and was told something totally different. Any thing to get you into the door!

Went there to try to lower my monthly payments on my car, but was a little disappointed that they couldn't do it. It would have been better if they could of let me know before I went there, as it took an hour and a half to travel there. The people there where very friendly though.

I went in to have an airbag recall taken care of and have my transmission fluid changed. It took them less time than they guessed and the bill for changing the transmission was less than some other service shops. Overall I was very happy with their service.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for the following week, and they were able to offer me an appointment for that day! I opted for the next day, but I was thrilled to be able to get the service done in a timely fashion. When I came in for my scheduled appointment..., they confirmed the service that I wanted to have performed and gave me a written estimate. The work took about an hour and 15 minutes. The representative came out and went over all the paperwork, apologized for the length of time that it did take. I was able to check out with the cashier without any problems. Show more

Great costumer service experience. Everyone performed in a professional manner from easy checking in to service done on the car. The associate informed me in advance of what type of service the car needed and the cost, making this experience free of surprises!

The employees make me feel welcome and imporrant. The TV works and the free coffee is welcome. The service starts when scheduled and does not take longer than promised
