Great Service but I guess Honda needs to adress the brake issue on ethe 2014 Pilot. All 4 rotors were warped at 21,000 miles. I am in the car business And have had many new cars in my lifetime. If you look online you will see the same thing happened to many 2014 Honda Pilot customers. Honda Barn did... work with me and gave a good discount on machining the Rotors so Kudos to them for stepping up. Now it is Hondas turn! Show more

I called and asked if I could refinance my loan on my current car. When i got there they were helpful and energetic to get me what i needed. Instead of refinancing my loan they got me into a better car at a great price with very low interest rate. AAA rating in my book

Autofair Volkswagen was very helpful in finding me a great car for my first car buying experience. They were very helpful and as soon as I walked in the door people greet you and offer assistance in any way. Over I was very pleased with my car buying experience

With an eleven year old van....they pulled through for me. Shake, rattle, and roll was corrected in the front end!~ Very professional and informative throughout the detailed trouble shooting process. My wife is happy she has her van back...and that makes me a happy camper as well!~

The staff was friendly and helpful. My car looks good as new. It was a nice touch to have the car washed before returning it. It was a little expensive though.

A little more high pressure than I was hoping, but what do you expect from a car dealership. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Sales sharks waiting in parking lot to gobble you up as son as you pull in. Went there with a specific car in mind... after a lot of back and forth negotiating I am pleased ...with my purchase. I had a positive experience with 15,000 mile service. Everything was explained clearly. I also had an issue with power adapter and they were able to get it in working order again. My car had been washed when I picked it up. A pleasant surprise!

Service was good, but very disappointed in the complimentary car wash. Car was not rinsed well at all, had to redo when I got home. Perhaps next time......a $12 voucher to car wash of choice....? Just saying. Jeffrey is very accommodating and pleasant.
