we had a long wait from 9:45 till a bit after 3 . I know it was busy but we saw people come in after us and leave before us. after all everyone was great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The one thing I didn't not like is the cost and figures before buying was not reviewed by the floor manager just flashed. My salesman was very professional and made sure he individualized the sale to fit my family needs. Thank you for this experience.

I went into the dealership to purchase a manual transmission Passat only to be told that there are none available on the East Coast. After some questioning from the sales staff of my wants and needs they showed me a GLI. While it was not the car I came in to buy, I did appreciate the time they spent... and willingness to negotiate. I had some personal commitments and had to leave the dealership before we could complete the transaction. Due to some delays I was not able to return until 5 minutes prior to closing, while I was away they had completed all of the paperwork so all I had to do was sign the papers and take the car. The sales associate, Eric, stayed after hours and thoroughly went over every one of the car's electric/entertainment options. Show more
