In and out very quickly. Waiting room clean and pleasant. Service representative recommended several additional items which I didn't think of. No high pressure to have these done but glad he recommended them.

Had to stop in unexpectedly after 4 days of ownership. Jeffrey welcomed us and told us to have a seat and I'll take care of it right away and they did.

I don't believe I've ever had such a pleasant experience with a car dealership. From my first email inquiry to driving away in my new car , everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Jeffrey Arnault was very helpful and professional. The car was ready sooner than I had expected which was a nice surprise. Honda Barn should use a different rater - after rating and filling out form, the page returned to me saying I had to use at least 25 words. Customer rating is a courtesy exte...nded by the customer and there shouldn't be rules regarding how long a review should be. Well that covers my 25 word minimum. Show more

I recently graduated college and was in the market for a new car. I stopped at the Honda Barn because I was in the area. Bill Bradley was so great to me and my mom. The first day I test drove I didn't commit to the car because I wanted to shop around and go to several other dealers first. I went to ...Toyota, VW, Mazda, Ford, Chevrolet, and Kia. None of these dealers came even close to the way I was treated at Honda Barn. Bill made my first car experience a great one with no bumps in the road. I am very satisfied with my selection and have absolutely no buyers remorse. I believe I received a great deal within my comfort zone for a monthly payment! Show more

Excellant Sales PersonDarywood was friendly and professional from start to finish. When question was asked he did not hesitate to give an answer. The vehicle I purchased it seemed that Darywood studied the manual about everything my car had to offer. When asked about getting window vents he personal...ly went and checked with the parts department about ordering them for me. Of all sales people I have worked with on previous purchases regardless if it was an automobile purchase or my home, Darywood made things go very smoothly. I will not hesitate in working with him again or having a friend ask for him personally when they are in the market for a new vehicle. Show more
