I was treated very well. The new look of the service area is very nice. In a few months we will be looking to lease or buy a new car. and will choose Honda.

Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me mid-morning to let me know I needed an alignment as well. They were done by Noon so I was able to have a co-worker bring me over for my car. Jeffrey explained everything they did including the multi-point inspec...tion and showed me what my alignment was like before they fixed it. Show more

I had a great experience with the Honda Barn! Everyone was incredibly helpful, and worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for! (Despite a few bumps in the road) Overall it was a great first time buy!

I bought a Certified vehicle and was very happy with the staff and my purchase. Would definitely recommend Dave April to a friend and would recommend the Honda Barn to buy a vehicle. The service department has been very friendly and effective when I dealt with them as well.

From the very start, calling for an appointment, my whole experience with Honda Barn was positive, efficient and a welcome change from service at other dealerships. From trying to reach the service dept by phone, to getting a reasonable appt. to having work done completely the first time. None of th...at at Honda Barn.The service person I dealt with Jeffery Arnault. He made me feel welcomed, got me a fast appt and was very accurate about how long it would take. My car was fixed. I thought the Complimentary car wash was very nice of them and they recommended some things that need to be fixed eventually before getting worse .

I took my car in for an intermittent issue I've had with the stereo. They took everything apart and checked all the connections. They could not find an issue... I was glad to have it looked at though. The Honda Barn was very efficient and took the time to explain everything (without treating me ...like some silly woman, as I have been treated at other places). I would definitely go back. Show more

Ethel in the service dept at Honda Barn in Stratham is the reason why I go to get my car worked on and services recommended Last week I called to see how much it would be to fix my car. Ethel gave me a $1000 estimate and had my parts ordered and shipped by the next day! When I ran into a probl...em with my car insurance about a courtesy car Ethel made sure I had a brand new courtesy car lat friday morning. I left my car and drove off feeling very important. When my phone rang before 4pm and it was Ethel telling me to come get the car before all the holiday traffic hits the 95 again I was feeling very important again. Ethel is an outstanding service writer and is very competent and above average at her job. I hope you will compensate her for this review because I will always be back.
