I have been able to get an appt within a day or two of calling. Had to wait for my car to be serviced and the waiting area is great esp since it has an enclosed kids area. Love that.

Michael Cicchetto was friendly, knowledgeable and no nonsense. I had done some research on prices in the area for my Honda Accord and came to the dealership with a bottom line price I would pay. I told Mike what I was willing to pay up front and he made it happen without the hassle of back and for...th negotiation. He was easy to deal with, direct and clear. Best DealershipI had previously bought my first Hyundai at another dealership but decided to give Carolina Hyundai a try. The service center was very polite, detailed, attentive, and courteous. They explained what needed to be repaired and offered to fix other things they noticed as well. When they discovered the repair would take longer than expected they offered a free courtesy car to use which I really appreciate.... They went out of their way to contact Honda to help pay for a part that had just exceeded warranty! When I picked up my car they got it running while I checked out so the air conditioner could cool off the car and the car was vacuumed and washed. Show more

ExcellantStaff was very professional, courteous, proficient, knowledgeable and made car buying easier. Would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Donald Crafton is an excellent salesperson. Deserves a big pat on the back.

Professional, courteous, I never felt rushed. Mike took his time answering my questions. It's been about 18 years since I bought a new car and it was a very good experience.

Can't say one negative thing about this buying experience. Our sales representative, John Singleton, was straight forward, informative, helpful and professional. He even set up my Bluetooth for me! Would definitely recommend this dealership.
