This past weekend I purchased a brand new Volkswagen Passat and the experience could not have been better. After first dealing with another local dealership and the deal fell through on their end (twice) I called AutoFair and they matched the deal no questions asked. Ethel Brown and her service department associates could not have been more helpful, courteous and efficient during my recent visit to the Stratham Honda Barn. This was the easiest most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. We knew we wanted another VW (my third) so I didn't need to be "sold." Raji was a wonderful salesman who took the time to help walk us through what we wanted without being pushy. My husband who has been driving an 1998 Saturn ...for the past 17 years because he didn't want the hassle of buying a new car (well, among other reasons) said that if it hadn't been for him he'd probably still be putting off the inevitable. The dealership was great, too, and they put us in our new Passat at the price we were looking to pay without a lot of needless negotiation. Show more

My experience with the Honda Barn was pleasant, & painless. My interaction with the dealer, Mr. Neale was great, He met my needs, & expectations, he was easy to work with & very accommodating. I did not feel pressure at all, it was a win, win day for me. I love my new Honda.

Brought two cars in for recalls- easy to make an appointment that was accommodating to my schedule. Quick, friendly check-in. General inspection of essential components included- then they washed my car- which was a nice surprise!
