Once again, GM Jared Saunders made the deal happen. We purchased a 2015 Jetta back in July, and liked it so much, this past weekend, we traded our other car for a new 2015 Passat Limited. When we decided to buy, once again, met with our sales rep Mike Pstragowski, took a test drive, then hammered ou...t the deal. And, just like the Jetta; same day delivery. It doesn't get better than that. When it's time for the scheduled maintenance, both cars will go to Autofair Volkswagen. Great customer service. Ethel was very helpful. She gave me an accurate estimate of the time required and some good suggestions for lunch. I went in for an oil change but they said I needed rear brakes so I decided to do it while I waited. She kept me informed about the progress and even brought my ...car to me (I have some mobility issues and she was very considerate.) Show more

Kept us well informed. Pleasant to work with. Was updated regularly on work needed and costs. Service staff is knowledgable and accommodating. Previous work has been high quality and they beck up their work.
