This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealership and I am a single woman. I was wary going in, but ready to tackle the process. It turned out to actually be FUN!!! The salesperson I dealt with was Nicky and he was very kind, affable, explained everything in detail, introduced me to Travi...s in the Garage (the one who will fix my car if needed- Travis was GREAT), and made it as easy as possible. Not only is he really good at his job, but he loves his job, which showed. Steven, the Finance guy, has a dry humor that made me laugh and was very settling while talking about money and I signed all those forms. He went slowly through all the documents with me. General Manager was a kind man who knows how to treat not only customers, but his Team. Got to Ring the "Bought a Car" Bell and everyone clapped! Too much fun! Great showroom! I bought a used Toyota, not even a VW, and it was a very GOOD experience all around. Show more

When I walked into Okaz Motors I immediately felt welcome. Alex and Sammy were very helpful and not pushy which meant a lot to me . They have excellent autos at their dealership and immediately showed me the carfax without being asked. The Honda Barn offers exceptional customer service and I have been a very satisfied customer of theirs for 4 years now. I have never had to take my vehicle back to correct any problems. They always seem to do it right the first time. Wish more businesses would learn from them.

Very apprehensive as this was a big decision. John was extremely patient and thorough which made me feel at ease. Test drive was comfortable, after I decided to buy he spent time demonstrating the new features which will take time for me to absorb! Thank you.

Quick visit scheduling, quick check-in at the service counter, courteous service representative, estimated time to do the job right on the money. Nice overall experience!

I turned up because I wasn't sure what a symbol lighting on my dash meant. It was explained simply and quickly, I was told what was recommended, asked to have coffee for 25 minutes while it was taken care of, charged nothing for the service, and told when to get further service and what exactly to ...request at the time. I will be the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, especially when it comes to such a large purchase as a new vehicle. From the start, our salesman, Meko, was first rate. Friendly, knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and he followed up with us when he said ...he would. He made the entire process pain and drama free. By his efforts, which went above and beyond the norm, Auto Fair Volkswagen has earned my husband and I as customers for life. We would most definitely recommend Auto Fair Volkswagen, and Meko in particular, to our family and friends that are in need of a new or used vehicle. Show more

Service team seems very honest and performs the service quickly. The don't push you to have services you don't need, but points out ones that may be useful.
